John Cao
People who have met John often think he is a citizen of the world. John was born in Vietnam, graduated from high school in Poland, and received his B.S. in Business Economics from University of Irvine, California. After his graduation, John pursued his passion in business working in the real estate industry in California. His specialty was researching and purchasing properties from trustee sale sites. In 2012, wanting to try something different, John moved to South Florida to search for new opportunities. There, with suggestions from his friends and family, he had decided to introduce South Floridians to Boba tea, a very popular Asian drink. He opened his own beverage store, Black Pearl Boba Tea, in the Wellington Green Mall. Despite the booming popularity of his new venture, John had always wanted to return to the real estate profession and dabble in the financial world. With that yearning on his mind, John sold his business and is now a Realtor, real estate investor, and stock trader. John is proud and thrilled to be a part of his Century 21 Team. He truly enjoys his work and is always ready to use his prior experience and his tri-lingual skill to assist clients in achieving their financial goals.
