Scott Middleton has been buying and selling real estate since 1994. He believes in integrity above all else. After buying and selling real estate in California, Texas, Colorado and now Florida, he has chosen to share this knowledge with his teammates at WC Realty Group and his clients throughout the State of Florida.

His career accolades include winning a Spirit Award for Catalog of the Year among hundreds of other participant companies creating a very effective marketing tool. He achieved licensing and maintained licensing with Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) and License Resource Group (LRG) showing a commitment to organization. He maintained contracts with Barnes & Noble College Stores, Follett Bookstores and Wallace Bookstores which shows excellence in continuing standards. He drove sales through a team of 43 independent representatives across the country along with a service team second to none.

His thirteen years as a contractor with The Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement allowed him to advance his skills in mentoring, training, investigation and service. This also built a level of empathy and compassion for the needs of those in his care.

His prior military experience in Personnel/Administration enable an understanding of documentation and accuracy while Bud/S Class 179 along with training as a U.S. Navy Search and Rescue Swimmer taught him teamwork is a way of life.
